We are very sorry to hear you have encountered a problem with your Pro Splash product.
Please send us a message with a description of the fault, we will then revert to you with some steps to troubleshoot the issue and diagnose it further.
If we are unable to solve the fault using the troubleshooting and diagnostics, we will laise with the customer to facilitate the return of the product to our depot for repair.
If we are unable to adequately repair the washer, we will issue you with a replacement.
