  • Standard orders placed online are shipped through Parcel Force or Royal Mail and generally arrive within 2-5 business days.

Customs duties and taxes

  • You are responsible for paying any import duties and/or taxes that may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country.
  • These charges are separate from ProSplash charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
  • We are based in Northern Ireland and with the Northern Ireland Protocol agreed with the EU, NI remains within the EU Free Trade Agreement. This means no import duty shall apply.
